How to request data deletion

The fastest way to delete your data is from within your account:

  • Log in to your account on the ChatSyncs platform.
  • Go to your Account Settings.
  • Click Delete Account, or request account deletion.

Prefer us to handle it for you? You can also contact our support team using the details below and we'll process the deletion on your behalf.

What happens next

Once we receive your request, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 working days. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records for tax and accounting purposes).
