If you want to delete your personal data from the ChatSyncs platform, you can request deletion using the steps below — either yourself from your account, or by asking our team.

How to request data deletion

The fastest way to delete your data is from within your account:

  • Log in to your account on the ChatSyncs platform.
  • Go to your Account Settings.
  • Click Delete Account, or request account deletion.

What happens next

Once we receive your request, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 working days. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records for tax and accounting purposes).
